Notification API – SMS:  

The API supports a wide range of use cases which help enhance customer experience, ensure timely communication, and streamline bank operations through automated and secure notifications.  

Customer Onboarding

  • Send SMS code to verify new account openings or activation of online banking services.  

Transaction Authentication

  • Require OTPs to authorize transactions for added security.  
  • Send OTPs to confirm changes in transaction limits.  

Password Recovery

  • Send OTPs to customers via SMS to verify their identity during the password reset process  

Transaction Alerts

  • Account Transactions: Notify customers of transactions made with their accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.  

Card Management

  • Card Activation: Provide instructions and verification codes for activating new or replacement debit/credit cards.  
  • Card Usage Alerts: Alert customers to card usage details, including international transactions or online purchases.
